Alaska Surimi Garden Pasta Salad


  • 8 ozs. Alaska surimi chunks or shreds, thawed if necessary
  • 1 package (16-oz.) frozen pasta and vegetables in garlic sauce
  • 1/3 cup water or chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives, optional
  • 1/2 cup ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles, optional
  • 1 jar (6.5-oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, optional


Prepare frozen pasta and vegetables according to package directions, using the water or chicken broth. Stir in surimi and optional ingredients during the last 3 to 4 minutes of cooking. Serve warm.
