Apple Raspberry Crisp


  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbls. flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup margarine, trans fat-free, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup POLANER Sugar Free Raspberry Preserves, or sugar free peach preserves
  • 2 tbls. lemon juice
  • 6 cups apples, peeled, sliced


HEAT oven to 375°F. Lightly coat 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

COMBINE brown sugar, flour, oats, margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium bowl. Blend with a fork or pastry blender until crumbly; stir in pecans. Set aside.

COMBINE preserves and lemon juice in large bowl; add apples,tossing well to coat.

SPOON mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with oat mixture.

BAKE 35 to 40 minutes until

topping is golden and filling is

bubbly. Cool on wire rack 10

minutes before serving. Serve warm

or at room temperature.
