Apricot-Raspberry Chicken

In large non-stick skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, place shallots and chicken. Sprinkle chicken with flavor enhancer and Italian seasoning. Cook, turning chicken once, 15 minutes or until tender. Remove chicken to plate; keep warm. Stir All Fruit, vinegar, hot sauce and salt into drippings in skillet; heat to simmering. Spoon sauce over chicken. Serve with rice.

Makes 4 main-dish servings.

Note: To serve as a warm salad, omit rice. Slice cooked chicken crosswise into 1/2-inch strips. Place salad greens on individual plates and top with chicken strips. Pour warm sauce over all.
