Gorton’s Classic Grilled Shrimp and Ortega Whole Wheat Soft Tortillas
Avocado & Mango Lime-Grilled Shrimp Tacos
1 package (10 ct) ORTEGA® Whole Wheat Flour Soft Tortillas, warmed
1 package of GORTON'S® Classic Grilled Shrimp (8.0 oz.)
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
1 cup coarsely chopped mango
3/4 cup coarsely chopped avocado
1/2 cup corn
1/3 cup chopped scallion
1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco cheese
2 tablespoons ORTEGA® Pickled Jalapeno Slices
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
1/4 cup ORTEGA® Salsa Verde
Prepare GORTONS® Classic Grilled Shrimp according to package instructions; remove tails and coarsely chop shrimp.
In a large bowl, stir together shrimp and lime zest until well
coated. Stir in mango, avocado, corn, scallion, queso fresco, ORTEGA® Jalapeno Slices and cilantro until combined.
In a small bowl, stir together sour cream and ORTEGA® Salsa Verde until combined.
Warm ORTEGA® Tortillas according to package directions.
Fill ORTEGA® Tortillas evenly with shrimp mixture, drizzle with sour cream mixture and serve.
