Baja Chicken Pizza

Ingredients










1 prepared pizza crust, such as Mama Mary's

1 can ORTEGA Vegetarian Refried Beans

3/4 cup ORTEGA Salsa (any variety)

4 chicken breasts, boneless/skinless, about 1 lb.

1 bottle ORTEGA Green Taco Sauce (or any variety)

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 4 oz. can ORTEGA Diced Green Chilis

8 oz. Mexican style shredded cheese

1 bag ORTEGA Crispy Onion Taco Toppers

1 bottle ORTEGA Original Taco Sauce (any variety)

1 prepared pizza crust, such as Mama Mary's

1 can ORTEGA Vegetarian Refried Beans

3/4 cup ORTEGA Salsa (any variety)

4 chicken breasts, boneless/skinless, about 1 lb.

1 bottle ORTEGA Green Taco Sauce (or any variety)

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 4 oz. can ORTEGA Diced Green Chilis

8 oz. Mexican style shredded cheese

1 bag ORTEGA Crispy Onion Taco Toppers

1 bottle ORTEGA Original Taco Sauce (any variety)

Directions










1. In a large bowl or resealable plastic bag, combine chicken breasts with ORTEGA Green Taco Sauce. Stir or shake to coat. Marinate at least 30 minutes and up to two hours.

2. Preheat oven to 350F. Bake chicken for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature is 165F.

3. Let chicken cool 10 minutes then cut into small cubes. Chicken can be prepared in advance.

4. In a medium sized bowl, combine ORTEGA Vegetarian Refried Beans and ORTEGA Salsa.

5. Transfer prepared crust to baking sheet.

6. Preheat oven to 350F

7. Spread bean mixture over the dough, leaving at the edge for crust.

8. Top with peppers, ORTEGA Diced Green Chilis, chicken and cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

9. Top with ORTEGA Original Taco Sauce and ORTEGA Crispy Taco Toppers and serve.
