The next best thing to the beach taco stand in Mexico...and only 30 minutes away! This delicious treat asks for redfish, but really any fish you can grill will do.

Basic Grilled Fish Tacos


  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound redfish or seabass fillets
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup canned black beans, drained
  • 1 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium)
  • 1 avocado, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives


Brush a grill with oil and heat the grill. Grill redfish over the hot coals until flaky, about 10 minutes. Divide among flour tortillas and serve with black beans, salsa, sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, and black olives.
