BBQ Pork and Potato Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. prepared shredded pork in barbecue sauce*, warmed
  • 1 package (20-oz.) refrigerated sliced potatoes, prepared according to package directions
  • 12 ORTEGA Taco Shells (12 ct), warmed
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups chopped tomato
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

COMBINE pork and potatoes in a large bowl; mix well.

FILL taco shells with pork mixture. Top with lettuce, tomato and cheese to serve.

*Available fully cooked in your grocer's refrigerated meat case.
