Beer-Battered Fish Tacos


2 to 3 cups vegetable oil, for frying
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 can (12 ounces) beer
1 ORTEGA Soft Taco Kit - includes 10 soft flour tortillas, 1 packet (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix and 1 packet (3 ounces) taco sauce
1 pound cod or other firm white fish, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup Smokin' Chipotle Coleslaw*

Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat to 375°F. Line platter with paper towels.

Combine flour, beer, seasoning mix from Soft Taco Kit and taco sauce from Soft Taco Kit in large bowl; mix well. Let Mixture stand 5 minutes.

Dip fish, in batches, into batter and carefully place in hot oil. Cook 4 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Remove with slotted spoon. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining fish.

Divide fish evenly among tortillas from Soft Taco Kit. Garnish with Smokin' Chipotle Coleslaw.
