Blackberry Crepes with Whipped Topping



1. In a blender combine egg, yogurt, bread, nutmeg and vanilla

and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a nonstick crepe pan; tilt pan to coat bottom. Cook 2 minutes until top is set

and underside slightly browned. Flip cook other side 30 seconds.

Stack crepes between wax paper.

3. Spread Blackberry preserves on crepe and fold. Add Whipped Topping and drizzle with heated Blackberry Preserves.
