Blackberry Peach Banana Smoothie


  • 1/2 medium bananas, ripe
  • 1/2 cup about 7 slices sliced peaches, frozen
  • 1 container 6 oz. plain yogurt, fat-free
  • 1/2 cup POLANER Sugar Free Blackberry Preserves, or sugar free blueberry preserves
  • 1/4 cup ice, crushed


PLACE all ingredients in blender container. Cover; blend 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.

SERVE immediately.

Makes 2 servings


There is no need to thaw the frozen peaches. The icy texture helps give this smoothie a "creamy" thick consistency.

Grab a few walnuts or almonds to eat along with your smoothie for a quick and healthy on-the-go breakfast.
