Breakfast on a Muffin


  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 can (4.25 oz.) UNDERWOOD Deviled Ham Spread
  • 4 English muffins, sliced and toasted


In a medium skillet, fry eggs; break yolks. Lightly sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Top each egg with a slice of cheese. Spread Deviled Ham Spread on bottom halves of English muffins and top with fried egg. Top with remaining halves to form sandwiches.
