Caesar Dip


1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 4-ounce can of ORTEGA Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles
2 heads of washed romaine lettuce


Combine all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve with romaine heart lettuce leaves or other raw vegetables.
Tip: Spread a large dollop of the dip onto the ends of small romaine leaves or endive to create a dish special enough to serve as a passed hors d’oeuvre at parties.
