This easy and delicious recipe boasts a jalapeño kick that enhances the flavor of your steak and toppings. An instant crowd pleaser. 

Carne Asada Tacos



  1. Rub skirt steak all over with seasoning from the kit. Marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
  2. In small saucepan, combine onions, jalapeno liquid, water and sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 4 minutes; remove from heat and let onions cool in liquid; drain.
  3. Preheat broiler on high and broil steak 5 to 6 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Let steak rest for 5 minutes then slice on diagonal into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  4. Warm flour tortillas or taco shells from the kit according to package instructions; arrange steak evenly in tortillas or taco shells. Top with pickled onions, radishes, cilantro, and taco sauce from the kit. Serve with lime wedges.
