Carne Asada Tacos
- Rub skirt steak all over with seasoning from the kit. Marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
- In small saucepan, combine onions, jalapeno liquid, water and sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 4 minutes; remove from heat and let onions cool in liquid; drain.
- Preheat broiler on high and broil steak 5 to 6 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Let steak rest for 5 minutes then slice on diagonal into 1/4-inch thick slices.
- Warm flour tortillas or taco shells from the kit according to package instructions; arrange steak evenly in tortillas or taco shells. Top with pickled onions, radishes, cilantro, and taco sauce from the kit. Serve with lime wedges.
