Cashew Chicken Salad


  • 2 cans 4 1/4 oz. each UNDERWOOD Chicken Spread
  • 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
  • 2 tbls. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbls. green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey


In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with lettuce on whole wheat bread, Kaiser rolls or in pita bread pockets. Garnish with additional cashews for a crunchy delight!
