  • 16 ozs. macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 1/2 ozs. pepperoni, chopped
  • 28 ozs. whole tomatoes, chopped
  • 26 1/2 ozs. spaghetti sauce
  • 16 ozs. ORTEGA Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium)
  • 4 ozs. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese, grated


Prepare macaroni according to package directions.

Brown ground beef, ground pork, and chopped onion in a large skillet until brown and crumbly; drain.

Combine chopped pepperoni, chopped whole tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, salsa, and sliced canned mushrooms. Stir in the ground beef mixture and the macaroni.

Mix together the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

Spread half the mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle with half of the mixture of grated parmesan cheese and grated mozzarella cheese. Top with the remaining macaroni mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with the remaining cheese mixture and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
