Cheesy Egg Burritos


  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbls. milk
  • 1/4 pound processed cheese spread
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
  • 8 fl. ozs. ORTEGA Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium)


In a saucepan over low heat melt margarine; add beaten eggs with milk. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs set. Add diced processed cheese spread and continue cooking until the cheese melts.

Divide over flour tortillas; top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato. Serve with salsa.
