Chicken and Black Bean Tostizzas


  • 1 container (16.3-oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 can (15-oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Homestyle Recipe (Mild)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press or roll each biscuit into a 5½-inch circle. Place on baking sheets. Combine black beans, chicken, salsa, cilantro and cumin; mix well. Spread evenly over biscuits to within
