
Chicken Fietas
Ingredients
3 pounds chicken breast
3 packs Ortega taco seasoning
1 1/2 tbs chicken bouillon
32 oz water
Directions
In a slow cooker place seasoning, bouillon and water and mix well.
Saute chicken and place in seasoning mixture.
Slow cook on low for about 3 hours watching that it does not cook dry. Add more water if needed. Add extra water and you can let it cook on low all day.
Serve on steamed soft tortilla shells with sour cream and taco cheese.
