Chile con Queso Appetizer

Directions:  
Use an 8 qt. pot

Fry onions in olive oil until transparent

add to onion mixture the following ingredients
garlic
cilantro
tomato
green chile
jalapenos
Fry and stir gently for 1 minute over medium heat to bring out the flavors
Add a 96oz. can of Ortega Nacho cheese sauce or
2- 2lb. blocks of cubed Velveeta cheese
Heat over medium heat and stir constantly until all ingredients are mixed well.
Add 2 cups of milk to thin out the mixture. Heat and stir until all ingredients are mixed well together((I sometimes use less or more milk depending on how thick I want the sauce)
Serve the Chile con Queso in a chaffing dish
Provide your favorite chips on the side
This recipe can be frozen.
