1-1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
4 Beaten Eggs
2 4 oz. Cans Ortega
Whole Green Chiles
1/4 Cup Flour
6 oz. Jack Cheese,
Shredded ( 1-1/2c.)
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
Top With:
2 to 4 oz. Ortega(r) Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium Spice)
1 to 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Cilantro
