Chili Con Queso Dip
1 cup ORTEGA Thick and chunky Mild Salsa
1 can (4 ounces) ORTEGA Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles
1 package (10 count) ORTEGA Tostada Shells
Combine cheese, salsa and diced chilies in a small saucepan and heat on low. Stir several times until fully melted and combined. Serve warm with tostada or halved taco shells.
Tip: Simply reheat any leftover dip in the microwave for a minute or two. Also great when served with raw vegetables.
