Chocolate Chili


2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 teaspoon Polaner


Heat oil over medium heat in large sauce pot until hot. Add onion and garlic. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until onions are tender.

Add beef, chiles and seasoning mix. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until meat is browned. Stir in tomatoes, salsa, water, almonds, chocolate chips and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Add beans; heat 15 minutes longer or until beans are heated through.
