These hot rolls are filled with cheesy goodness. The combination of beef, cheese, olives and chiles will really stick to your ribs.

Con Queso Rolls


  • 12 ozs. processed cheese, diced
  • 1 can (4-oz.) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tbls. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 12 ozs. ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 6 French bread rolls


Combine processed cheese, green chiles, green olives, black olives, tomato sauce, olive oil and hot pepper sauce in a medium bowl; mix well.

Combine ground beef and garlic in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 6 minutes, or until no longer pink; drain. Add cheese mixture and stir well.

Slice tops off rolls and scoop out the center. Divide beef mixture between rolls, replace tops and microwave on MEDIUM for 5 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Serve warm.
