Sumptuous crab and shrimp tostadas with an authentic Mexican quality!

Crab and Shrimp Tostadas


2 cups cooked bay shrimp
2 cups flake-style imitation crabmeat
1 can (16 oz) ORTEGA Refried Beans or Fat Free Refried Beans
1 1/2 cups ORTEGA Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
1/4 cup ORTEGA Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce (mild, medium or hot)
4 ORTEGA Tostada Shells
1 bag (6 oz) salad mix
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced
Lime juice


In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crabmeat, salsa, and lime juice. Cover and chill. In a large skillet, combine beans, thick & chunky salsa, and taco sauce. Cook over medium heat until just heated through. Place 1 tostada shell on each plate. Spread equal amounts of bean mixture over each shell. Top with salad mix and shrimp mixture. Arrange avocado slices over top.
