Creamy Bacon Dressing


  • 1/4 cup REGINA White Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tbls. water
  • 1 teaspoon onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbls. sugar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled


In saucepan, combine vinegar, water, onion and garlic. Over high heat, heat to a boil. Stir in sugar until dissolved; cool. Beat in mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. Stir in bacon; chill at least 2 hours. Mix thoroughly before serving. Store, covered in refrigerator, for up to one week.
