1 lg potato,peeled,diced--frozen ok

2 jars ORTEGA SALSA - any

1 small onion chopped

1 dozen corn tortillas

Toothpicks

GARNISH:
Shredded lettuce
shredded cheese
chopped onion
chopped tomatoes
chopped olives
