This is the easiest bean soup ever and can be limited to just two ingredients: refried beans and V-8. Any child can make this with adult supervision.

Easiest Bean Soup Ever


16 oz can Ortega refried beans
1 1/2 cans of V-8
1/4 drained olives
1 cup grated mozarella cheese


In saucepan, place beans. Use empty can to measure V-8. Fill can 1 1/2 times with V-8. Pour over beans in saucepan. Mash with wooden spoon until smooth. Heat until begins to boil. Remove from stove. Add olives. Pour into 4 to 6 soup bowls. Divide cheese evenly over soup bowls, sprinkle on top.
