Easy Baked Chicken Breasts



Preheat oven to 375F. Spray 2-qt shallow baking dish (12x8x2-inches) with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken in dish. Spread garlic evenly over breasts then sprinkle with flavor enhancer. Pour enchilada sauce over all. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes. Stir sauce, then spoon over breasts. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until chicken is fork-tender.

Makes 4 servings.
