Easy Crab Bisque


  • 2 cups half-and-half or whole milk
  • 1 can 16.5 oz cream-style corn
  • 1 can 10 3/4 oz cream of potato soup
  • 8 ozs. crab meat
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 tbls. parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsps. TRAPPEYS Red Devil Hot Sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Cajun spice


In 3-quart saucepan over medium-low heat, heat half-and-half, cream-style corn, cream of potato soup, crab meat, onion, parsley, RED DEVIL™ hot sauce and Cajun seasoning. Cover and simmer 5 minutes over low heat to heat through. Makes 6 first-course servings or 4 main-dish servings.
