Quick and easy fajitas with a spicy southwestern bite. Temperature can be raised and lowered with different temperatures of salsa.

Easy Hot & Spicy Fajitas

In a deep, nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, mix beef, salsa, taco seasoning, barbecue sauce, fajita seasoning and bell peppers (I like to use red and yellow for color). Stir-fry until beef is just lightly pink on inside, 5 to 8 minutes.

Stir cheese into mixture and heat, covered, for 2 minutes. Spoon onto tortillas, wrap and eat! Great with sour cream and Monterey Jack cheese sprinkled on top.
