Emeril's Vegetable-Cashew Stir-Fry With Emeril's Asian Essence


  • 2 tbls. vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon green onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups mixed vegetables, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon EMERILS Asian Essence
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup cashews


Heat a wok or large sauté pan over high heat. Add vegetables and Emeril's Asian Essence and stir-fry until vegetables have reached desired level of doneness, about 3 minutes. Add soy sauce, sugar and cashews and toss to combine well. Serve immediately.
