Ingredients

  • 1 pound or top round boneless sirloin, cut into thin strips
  • 10 8 to 10-inch flour tortillas, softened
  • 4 ozs. (1 cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ortega refried beans
  • chopped tomatoes
  • shredded lettuce
  • avocado, chopped
  • Salsa
  • dairy sour cream
  • Marinade:
  • 1/4 cup Grandmas Molasses Unsulphured
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tbls. fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbls. chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
