• 1 pound or top round boneless sirloin, cut into thin strips
  • 10 8 to 10-inch flour tortillas, softened
  • 4 ozs. (1 cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ortega refried beans
  • chopped tomatoes
  • shredded lettuce
  • avocado, chopped
  • Salsa
  • dairy sour cream
  • Marinade:
  • 1/4 cup Grandmas Molasses Unsulphured
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tbls. fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbls. chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced


In medium bowl, combine all marinade ingredients; mix well. Add steak; stir to coat.

Cover; marinate 4 to 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.

In large skillet, stir-fry meat mixture 5 minutes or until brown. To serve, place meat on

center of each tortilla; top with cheese, refried beans, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado and

salsa. Roll up envelope fashion. Serve with sour cream.
