This red rice pairs well with almost any Mexican dish -- especially a spicy chicken or tamale meal.
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium)
- 3/4 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
