Food Services – Wright’s Barbecue Beef Brisket



Sprinkle both sides of the beef brisket with onion and garlic powder and celery salt. Place beef brisket in a large plastic bag and pour Natural Hickory Seasoning over brisket. Seal bag and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning occasionally.

Remove brisket from marinade. Sprinkle both sides with Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Place brisket in a covered roasting pan. Bake in a 275
