Food Services - Chile Citrus Marinated Chicken



1. In plastic or glass covered container, combine all ingredients except chicken.

2. Combine chicken breasts and 3 cups marinade in 2 gallon plastic freezer bag; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight. Store remaining marinade in covered container in refrigerator for future use.

3. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade remaining in bag. Grill or broil chicken, 7 inches from source of heat, for approximately 20 minutes, turning once. If desired, baste chicken with additional marinade during cooking

(about every 5 minutes).

4. Makes 12 servings.
