Fajitas never seemed so easy! These mouth-watering roll-ups are served hot with your favorite toppings. Spice them up with jalapeños or red pepper flakes.

Fresh and Tasty Chicken Fajitas


  • 1 pound fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1x2-inch strips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 8 ozs. ORTEGA Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium)
  • 2 tbls. lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and julienned
  • 1 onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 6 large flour tortillas, warmed


Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken strips in oil until no longer pink, about 4 minutes. Stir in salsa, lime juice and Worcestershire sauce. Add pepper and onion and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Spoon fajita filling into warmed tortillas. Roll up and serve hot. Top with additional salsa, sour cream and/or guacamole if desired.
