Garlic Mashed Potatoes


  • 2 lbs. potatoes, boiled
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 3 tbls. butter
  • 1 tablespoon POLANER Chopped Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a bowl while potatoes are hot. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended, about 2 minutes or until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 4-6 servings.
