Gourmet Deviled Eggs


  • 12 whole eggs, hard-cooked
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbls. spicy brown mustard
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can 4.25 oz. UNDERWOOD Liverwurst Spread
  • 2 tbls. real bacon bits
  • 1 whole 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped


Cut each egg lengthwise in half; scoop yolks into large bowl. With fork or pastry blender, mash yolks into small pieces. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and mix until fairly smooth. Blend in liverwurst spread. Spoon filling into egg white halves. Sprinkle with bacon bits and green onion. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
