Grandma's Chocolate Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Grandmas Light Corn Syrup
  • 3/4 cups sugar, white
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet
  • 1 unbaked pie shell, (9 inch)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl,

beat together eggs, corn syrup, sugar,

salt and butter. Stir in pecans and

chocolate chips. Pour into pie shell.

Bake 40 - 50 minutes. Cool.

Serves 8
