These are zesty and hearty tacos for a light lunch, appetizer course or for those who enjoy vegetarian foods. Mediterranean salad greens and a Greek style vinaigrette make these tacos a must for your next get-together.

Greek Salad Tacos


  • 1 package (10-oz.) Mediterranean-style salad greens
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style vinaigrette
  • 1 package (12-ct.) ORTEGA Taco Shells (12 ct), warmed


Toppings: crumbled feta cheese, sliced ripe olives, chopped tomato

TOSS salad greens, cucumber and vinaigrette in large bowl.

FILL taco shells with salad mixture. Top with cheese, olives and tomato.
