Green Chile Chicken Hash



MELT butter in large skillet; add onion, bell pepper and chili powder. Cook for 5 minutes. Add potatoes, chiles, salsa and chicken; cook for 2 minutes. Transfer mixture to medium bowl. Wipe out skillet; add oil. Return mixture to skillet; fry over medium heat for 10 minutes or until browned.
