Green Goddess Dressing


  • 3/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cups dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 cup REGINA White Wine Vinegar
  • 3/4 ozs. anchovy, drained and minced (or paste)
  • 1/4 ounce parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
  • 2 tsps. garlic, minced cloves


In large mixer, blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours. Mix thoroughly before serving. Store, covered in refrigerator, for up to one week.
