Pour over crab filled tortillas. Crab enchiladas.

Green Sauce


2 C chicken broth
1 7oz can Ortega chilies
4 T flour
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 seeded jalapeno
1 T. vegetable oil
2 cups fresh spinach (optional)


Put all in blender and blend well. Pour into pan and heat until slightly thick.
Pour over enchiladas.
