Grilled Cuban Pork Chops with Pineapple


1 packet (1.25 ounces) ORTEGA Fajita Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup water
4 pork chops (each 1/2 inch thick)
1 can (20 ounces) sliced pineapple, drained


Blend seasoning mix and water in shallow baking dish. Add pork chops and turn to coat well. Marinate 15 minutes.

Preheat grill or broiler to high. Grill pork chops about 4 minutes. Turn and cook 4 minutes. Top pork chops with pineapple slices. grill 4 minutes longer. Serve pork chops with pineapple.
