Ham & Cheese Puffs


  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 8 ozs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 whole egg yolks
  • dash salt
  • 1 can 4 1/4 oz. UNDERWOOD Deviled Ham Spread
  • thin layer on each round mayonnaise
  • 12 slices bread


Mix baking powder, cream cheese, egg yolk and salt together until smooth. Cut bread into small rounds. Spread thin layer of mayonnaise on rounds, then Deviled Ham Spread, then cream cheese mixture. Freeze. Bake from freezer at 375 degrees for 12 minutes (for best results, use air bake sheet).
