Your guests will love this baked pasta dish with shrimp and a creamy feta sauce.

Herb Shrimp and Feta Casserole


  • 8 ozs. angel hair pasta
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 pound Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 3 ozs. feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon crushed dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 16 ozs. ORTEGA Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium)
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded


Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, yogurt, Swiss cheese, feta cheese, parsley, basil, oregano and garlic.

Spread half of the pasta in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with salsa and half of the shrimp. Spread remaining pasta over shrimp. Pour egg mixture over pasta and add remaining shrimp. Top it all with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and starting to turn golden.
