Honey Ham and Swiss


  • 3 tbls. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4-8 slices bread
  • 1 can 4 1/4 oz. UNDERWOOD Deviled Ham Spread
  • 1/2 cup 2 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded


In small bowl, combine mustard and honey. Spread on one side of each slice of bread. Spread ham over mustard on 4 slices of bread. Top with cheese. Broil 1 to 2 minutes, 5 inches from heat, until cheese is melted. Serve open-faced or top with lettuce and make sandwich. Variations: Great on rye bread or toasted English muffins!
