Julie's Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 16 corn tortillas
- 2 cups oil
- 8 fl. ozs. ORTEGA Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 lettuce, shredded
Directions
In a saucepan brown ground beef. Set aside. In a skillet heat oil. Add tortillas and fold in half to form a taco shell. Remove; pat oil off of tortillas. Keep tacos warm in the oven. Add ground beef and top with salsa, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
