Layered Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 package ORTEGA Taco Seasoning Mix - Regular
  • 10 ozs. prepared bean dip
  • 2 avocados, mashed
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 4 green onions, trimmed and chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped

Directions

Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix; set aside.

Spread prepared bean dip on the bottom of a glass pie dish. Spread mashed avocados over the beans and top with the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle next with cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, black olives, green onions, and tomatoes.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
