Marinated Salmon Steak with Sesame Seeds, Mango, Papaya & Pineapple Relish

Ingredients

  • 4 slices 7 oz. each salmon steaks
  • MARINADE FOR SALMON:
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbls. hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 4 tbls. sesame seeds
  • 3 tbls. sesame oil
  • RELISH:
  • 1/2 cup papaya, diced
  • 1/2 cup mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1/4 cup REGINA White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsps. ginger, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
